There has been a significant increase in the prices of oil derivatives in North Macedonia.

The North Macedonian Regulatory Commission for Energy, Water Services, and Municipal Waste Management has confirmed a forthcoming adjustment to petroleum derivative prices. Beginning tomorrow, there will be an increase of 8.98% across the board. This change will affect the maximum retail prices for several key fuels.

Specifically, the maximum retail prices for gasoline EUROSUPER BS-95 and EUROSUPER BS-98 will rise by 7.00 denars per liter. Similarly, Light Extra Oil for Amvitsa (EL-1) will see a 7.00 denars per liter increase. The maximum retail price for EURODIZEL (D-E V) will also rise by 6.50 denars per liter.

Furthermore, the maximum retail price for M-1 SU Mazut will experience a change, increasing by 4.867 denars per kilogram, reaching a price of 47,453 denars per kilogram. These adjustments to the prices are scheduled to take effect from midnight. Starting from midnight, EUROSUPER BS-95 will be available at 86.50 denars per liter, while EUROSUPER BS-98 will be sold at 88.50 denars per liter.

EURODIZEL BS (D-E V) will be available at the new maximum price as well. This adjustment reflects the commission’s ongoing efforts to manage fuel costs and ensure competitive prices for consumers.
