On March 15th, 2026, in Kavadar, the Kavadar Internal Affairs Directorate’s police initiated action against a local resident. Officers apprehended K.M. (34), a Kavadar resident, during a traffic stop.
The incident occurred at 12:30 PM on Disanska Street in Kavadar, where a scooter bearing a Kavadar license plate was observed in operation. It was immediately determined that K.M. was operating the scooter without a valid license.
Following the guidance of the public prosecutor, he was taken into custody at the Kavadar police station, and the scooter was subsequently seized. Later that same day, at 8:10 PM, police conducted another stop on Ljubljanska Street in Kavadar. K.M.
was found driving a passenger Volkswagen Golf vehicle with a Kavadar license plate, again without a granted license. As with the previous incident, the public prosecutor directed the police to detain K.M. at the police station, and the Volkswagen Golf was temporarily confiscated.
This action highlights the ongoing efforts of the Kavadar police to enforce licensing regulations.
