Shilegov emphasized the importance of communication, suggesting that Filipce should speak with the membership to ensure the organization’s size adequately accommodates both his potential departure and Filipce’s. “If they read the statute,” Shilegov asserted, “unfortunately, no one on the Executive Board reads it, it will be clear to them that the exclusion of an LSDM member occurs from the municipal organization to which that member belongs, of which Chairman Filipce joined.”
The statement further indicated that the LSDM would formally exclude Shilegov from the party. The core argument remains that the party’s statute governs this process, and the removal would specifically pertain to his affiliation with the Karposh organization.
