The Clinical and University Hospital of Kosovo (UKHCK) confirmed the child’s admission, stating he arrived “in a serious condition, with suspicions of abuse and difficulty in communication.” They emphasized that the situation is being handled with utmost urgency. Due to the suspected abuse, the police and social workers have been immediately notified, adhering to established legal protocols. The five-year-old is presently located without the presence of his parents or a legal guardian.
