The Basic Court in Pristina delivered a guilty judgment against two men, Zoran Kostiq and Dragan Miloviq, concerning offenses related to wartime actions in Kosovo. The court determined that both individuals were responsible for war crimes perpetrated during the conflict. Zoran Kostiq has been ordered to serve a 15-year prison term, while Dragan Miloviq will spend seven years behind bars.

This sentencing includes the duration of his previous detention. The verdict was formally announced on Wednesday by presiding judge Lutfi Shala, alongside judges Rrahman Beqiri and Kujtim Krasniqi, as reported by “Promise for Justice.”

Furthermore, both defendants are obligated to fulfill financial restitution. Kostiq must contribute 300 euros to the court’s legal fund, and Miloviq is required to pay 100 euros to the Victims Compensation Fund.

These payments are part of the court’s judgment regarding the actions of kostiq and miloviq. The legal proceedings concluded with a definitive determination of guilt for the two men.
