The action concluded at ARBK, with three officials changing the ownership of a business for 50,000 euros.

The Basic State Prosecution in Pristina has announced the completion of a recent operation at the Business Registration Agency (ARBK), carried out in collaboration with the Kosovo Police and affiliated teams. This action followed a court order issued by the Basic State Court in Pristina. The operation, focused on ARBK, involved an investigation into alterations to a business’s ownership records.

Prosecution officials stated that there is sufficient cause to believe three individuals – I.R.J., F.L., and A.I.K., who previously held positions within the ARBK – are implicated in the criminal offense of “Abuse of Position or Official Authority.”

According to the prosecution’s statement, these suspects allegedly misused their roles and powers to benefit I.B. They took improper actions to grant I.B. an unfair advantage in the business transaction.

The investigation is ongoing, examining how the individuals at the arbk facilitated this alleged manipulation. The aim was to ensure fair processes regarding business registration and to address concerns about potential misuse of authority.
