Kurti Welcomes Arrest in Banjska Attack Investigation
Prishtina – Prime Minister Albin Kurti has welcomed the arrest of Stefan Radulovic, a suspect implicated in the September 2023 attack in Banjska of Zvecan. The arrest occurred during the 11th session of the Kurti III Government. Kurti stated that the apprehension of Radulovic represents a significant step in the pursuit of justice related to the incident.
The attack, which took place in Banjska, targeted the northern part of Kosovo and is believed to have been an attempt at annexation. During the session, Kurti acknowledged the loss of Kosovo Police Commander Afrim Bunjaku, who was killed during the confrontation.
