Ferizaj Municipality Reports Significant Increase in Citizen Service Completion
The Ferizaj municipality has announced a substantial increase in the processing of citizen requests handled by the Directorate of Land, Cadastre and Geodesy over the past four months. During this period, a total of 10,865 requests were finalized, reflecting a significant improvement in service delivery. The majority of these requests – 9,010 – were processed within the Cadastre sector.
A further 1,750 requests were completed within the Geodesy sector, while 105 were addressed in the Property sector. The municipality highlighted a key focus during this time was the resolution of accumulated waste material issues, leading to a near-complete elimination of long waiting times for citizens seeking assistance. Moving forward, the municipality stated that all requests will be processed within established legal deadlines.
This improvement is attributed to several factors, including increased human resources, enhanced organizational procedures, and increased staff engagement. The Directorate’s performance represents a key priority for the municipality, aiming to streamline services and improve citizen satisfaction.
