Construction Activity Identified on Plot Linked to Banjska Organizer in Belgrade
Investigations by the Balkan Radio Service have revealed construction activity on a substantial plot in Belgrade linked to Milan Radoiçiq, the organizer of the armed attack in Banjska. A significant area, estimated at hundreds of square meters, has been developed on the property. A luxurious, two-story residence, complete with a swimming pool and landscaped garden, has been built on a 40-acre plot within the Dedinje neighborhood, an area considered affluent in Belgrade.
The property is enclosed by high walls and situated in close proximity to several embassies and residences protected by state security. Records indicate that not all required permits for the construction project are currently listed in the Serbian construction registry. Despite this, the development is taking place.
Municipal and republican inspectors have not yet responded to inquiries from Radio Free Europe regarding inspections of the construction works. The plot itself was previously registered. The investigation highlights a potential discrepancy between development activity and official building approvals within Belgrade, concerning Milan and his associated property.
