AAK Leader Presents Portrait of Eliot Engel to Kosovan Parliament
Pristina – Besnik Tahiri, leader of the Alternative Party (AAK) parliamentary group, arrived at the Kosovan Parliament on April 24, 2026, carrying a portrait of American Congressman Eliot Engel. The presentation was made at the request of AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj. Faton Kryeziu, the artist responsible for the portrait’s creation, was also present.
Tahiri explained that the artwork was intended as a gesture of respect for Engel’s longstanding support of Kosovo.
