PDK Rejects Offers, Calls for Electoral Focus
Prishtina – Ganimete Musliu, an MP for the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), addressed concerns regarding recent political developments in a KLAN Kosova interview on April 24, 2026. Musliu reiterated the PDK’s longstanding position, stating the party has not prioritized partisan interests over the needs of the state. Speaking in a Special Edition broadcast, Musliu emphasized the PDK’s focus on the functionalization of Kosovo’s institutions.
She accused the Vetëvendosje Movement of exhibiting tendencies towards the centralization of power and the potential seizure of state institutions. Musliu asserted that the PDK not seeks political positions or offers, instead prioritizing the effective operation of government. The MP further stated that the PDK does not perceive itself as responsible for resolving institutional challenges, arguing that this responsibility rests with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Vetëvendosje Movement.
“PDK has never had it,” Musliu stated, reinforcing the party’s commitment to a non-interventionist approach and advocating for the party’s right to participate fully in the upcoming elections. The PDK maintains its stance, asserting its independence and dedication to Kosovo’s democratic process.
