Tirana, Albania – Following the circulation of videos related to the ongoing investigation into the death of Liridon Ademaj, the family has issued a formal appeal to Albanian media outlets. The request, spearheaded by Leonard Ademaj, the victim’s brother, centers on the sensitive nature of the evidence and its potential impact on the children involved. Speaking to the media, Leonard Ademaj urged outlets to refrain from publishing the videos, requesting their immediate removal from circulation and a cessation of their broadcast.
He stated that the materials were intended solely to substantiate the investigation into Liridon Ademaj’s murder. “We, as a family, have been informed that videos from the evidence discussed in court have begun to circulate,” Ademaj stated. “In Kosovo, we have requested that the media not publish such evidence.”
