Within a ten-day timeframe, the revised document will be resubmitted to the ENER system. Deputy Minister Driton Sulejmani, during an interview with Alsat, emphasized that they have diligently incorporated all valuable and constructive observations to enhance the law’s functionality compared to its initial form.
He further assured that there would be no reduction in university autonomy, recognizing it as a fundamental element of the ongoing reform. The Ministry’s aim is to refine the education law through this process. Deputy Minister Sulejmani indicated that they are currently focused on integrating all suggestions and criticisms into the draft of the new version.
He anticipates that the law will be available within one or two weeks in the ENER system, reflecting all the modifications made. The Ministry’s priority remains ensuring a robust and effective legal framework for higher education. This new law will continue to support the advancement of education.
