Startup Wise Guys Launches Accelerator Program for Western Balkan Startups
Startup Wise Guys has announced the official launch of applications for the “Western Balkan Accelerator” program, a new initiative focused on supporting B2B startups originating from Kosovo and North Macedonia. The 14-day program will operate in a hybrid format, integrating online learning with in-person activities held in Prishtina and Skopje. Designed for early-stage startups that have moved beyond the initial concept phase and possess a developed product, the program offers a comprehensive support system.
Participants will engage in intensive bootcamps, receive guidance from international mentors, and explore opportunities for initial investment up to €50,000. Furthermore, successful startups may be eligible for subsequent investments potentially reaching €250,000. The Western Balkan Accelerator is being delivered with the backing of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Swiss EP.
Collaboration extends to local partners, including STIKK, Makerspace Innovation Center Prizren, and Zephyr Angels. The program’s goal is to foster growth and innovation within the B2B sector across the Western Balkan region. Applications are now open for startups seeking to accelerate their development and secure investment.
