“In most cases, it is only discovered accidentally, with a completely different examination,” Morina stated. He emphasized that patients frequently lack clear indicators during the early stages, allowing the disease to progress without recognition. “In most cases, when the patient presents with clinical signs, it is far too late,” Morina added.
This delayed presentation significantly reduces the effectiveness of treatment options.
