A devastating event unfolded in the village of Bokshiq, situated near Klinë. Preliminary reports indicate that a brother is believed to have fatally shot his sibling using a firearm. The individual, identified as Faruk Jusufi, succumbed to injuries after failing to reach the Peja Hospital.
Head of police for the Peja region, Fadil Gashi, verified the tragic occurrence. “At approximately 15:10, authorities received a report detailing a dispute between two brothers that escalated to a shooting,” Gashi explained. “The victim was initially transported to the emergency department in Klinë and subsequently moved to the Peja Hospital.”
Sadly, just before traveling to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo for further medical care, the victim, Faruk Isufi, tragically died.
Police and Prosecution teams were immediately sent to the location to commence investigations and gather evidence. The circumstances surrounding his death are currently under scrutiny.
