Kosovo Sets Maximum Prices for Petroleum Derivatives Effective Today
Prishtina, Kosovo – The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MINTI) has announced the maximum permitted prices for petroleum derivatives, taking effect today, April 5th, 2026. The decision, released this morning, aims to regulate the price of fuel across Kosovo. According to the MINTI announcement, the maximum price for diesel will be 1.69 euros per liter.
Simultaneously, gasoline will be available up to a maximum price of 1.49 euros per liter. Propane gas will be sold at a price of 0.84 euros per liter. These regulated prices are scheduled to begin implementation at 10:00 AM today.
The Ministry’s action reflects ongoing efforts to manage fuel costs for consumers within the country. The finalized price list represents the upper limit for sales, and retailers are obligated to adhere to these figures.
