The demonstrations involving violence have no place within a democratic system.

Taulant Balla, the head of the Socialist Party’s parliamentary group, addressed the recent opposition protests today. He highlighted a key concern regarding the escalating situation. Balla emphasized that representatives from the European Parliament and the German Bundestag had specifically advised against resorting to violent demonstrations.

The Democratic Party, however, responded with aggressive actions. They engaged in demonstrations, throwing Molotov cocktails while brandishing flags representing the European Union and Germany. Balla directly referenced this behavior, stating, “While members of the European Parliament or the German Bundestag state that ‘violent protests have no place in a democratic society,’ the Democratic Party throws Molotov cocktails with EU and German flags in their hands.”

Furthermore, Balla shared photographic evidence of the opposition’s actions, including images of the flak throwing and fireworks directed at the Prime Minister’s building.

He criticized the party’s conduct, noting that the party is funded by taxpayer money. Balla’s comments underscored the seriousness of the situation, pointing out that individuals involved in setting fire to police vehicles were acting against the principles of a democratic party and peaceful demonstrations. He stressed the need for responsible behavior within the political landscape.
