A mother and daughter from Denmark, originally intending to visit Jordan, opted to explore Albania following disruptions caused by the conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran.
“We’ll be residing in Durrës. This is our fourth day, and we’ve scheduled a stay of twelve days overall,” explained May Brit Vinther from Denmark. “We booked several tours at the last minute, as our initial plans were to travel to Jordan.”
Despite a sluggish start to the year, with foreign arrivals declining after the pandemic, a potential recovery is emerging thanks to the instability in the Middle East.
