Cambridge Man in Custody Following Shooting Incident on Memorial Drive
Cambridge, Massachusetts – A shooting incident on Memorial Drive on Monday afternoon resulted in two critical injuries and the arrest of a suspect. Video evidence captured by witnesses shows a 46-year-old man, identified as Tyler Brown, running in the roadway while discharging a handgun.
Police had circulated a photo of Brown in an alert issued Monday morning, according to I-Team sources. Responding officers attempted to apprehend Brown at approximately 12:30. During the encounter, Brown was shot by a police officer and subsequently by a civilian.
