The GJKKO has rejected the request of the family of Ervis Martinaj, meaning the seized assets of the head of the gambling business will remain “frozen.”

The Special Basic Court for Corruption has denied the family of Ervis Martinaj’s request, effectively leaving the previously confiscated assets untouched. Gazeta Express reported this on March 24, 2026, at 13:26, detailing the court’s dismissal of the lawyers’ arguments regarding the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj and other relatives. The legal team sought to overturn the seizure of assets previously taken.

Top Channel confirmed this decision, stating that the Basic Court of Special Jurisdiction affirmed the original ruling. Consequently, the Martinaj family’s properties remain under seizure. The list of assets involved includes significant holdings.

Specifically, Ervis Martinaj controls 100% ownership of KING KASINO. Furthermore, he holds 50% of the shares in ALBA TELECOMMUNICATION. The court also maintains the seizure of shares in MATI UNION, where Mustafa Martinaj possesses 100% ownership.

This ongoing situation highlights the continued legal efforts surrounding Ervis Martinaj and the substantial assets connected to his business ventures.
