Food prices in Kosovo have also experienced a noticeable increase.

Food prices in Kosovo saw a significant rise throughout February, placing additional pressure on household finances. Data released by Kosovo’s Statistics Agency highlighted the most substantial increases within the food sector. Specifically, prices for fruits, meat, and vegetables experienced the largest jumps.

Citizens are expressing growing concerns about their financial situations, citing low wages and pension levels as contributing factors.
