Court convicts 36 people for nationalist calls in “Vidovdan,” with a fine of 700 euros and expulsion from Kosovo

The Basic Court in Pristina delivered a verdict on Wednesday, convicting 36 individuals following an investigation into inflammatory rhetoric during a “Vidovdan” demonstration held in Gazimestan. The court found that the defendants made provocative calls that contained elements of inciting hatred. As a result of the ruling, each of the convicted parties was sentenced to a fine of 700 euros.

Furthermore, for those individuals who are not citizens of Kosovo, the court mandated a three-year deportation from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. The 36 individuals named in the court documents include Jovana Andriq, David Ivanoviq, Vladimir Bogiçeviq, Vuk Petroviq, Nemanja Maksimoviq, Aleksa Andriq, Nikola Deniq, Danijel Milutinoviq, Goran Paunoviq, Millosh Gjurgjeviq, Predrag Arsiq, Darko Ashanin, Aleksander Ristiq, Miljan Nashkoviq, Mirko Zhizhiq, Luka Lekiq, Andrija Vuçiq, Krsto Jaksiq, Milun Jankoviq, Radovan Pantiq, Tomislav Rakiq, Darko Radiq, Djordje Saviq, Svetomir Radiq, Vuk Javanoviq, Djordje Pantiq, and Strahi.
