Oil increases by 1 cent, MINT publishes new derivative prices

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINT) has released the maximum allowable prices for oil derivatives, effective for April 7, 2026. According to the ministry’s recent decision, specific adjustments have been made to the retail costs of various fuels. Under the new set of prices, diesel fuel is set to increase by one cent, reaching a maximum of 1.42 euros per liter.

This represents an increase compared to the previously published preliminary pricing. For gasoline, the maximum allowable price has been set at 1.36 euros per liter. Furthermore, the maximum price for gas is stipulated at 0.63 euros per liter.

These revised rates are officially mandated by MINT and are applicable for the date specified. The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINT) has issued these guidelines to standardize the market rates for these essential commodities. The publication of these updated prices ensures that consumers and businesses are informed of the regulated costs for fuel consumption starting on April 7, 2026.
