KEDS has issued a notice detailing planned power outages across several areas today, August 8, 2026, due to scheduled maintenance work. The utility has specified multiple locations that will be without power at different times. One planned interruption involves the TS 110/10 kV Deçani line.
Specifically, the 10 kV J06 Ledinat (code: 53000001) will be suspended from 08:30 to 13:30. The affected areas include Gramaqeli, Belegu, Baballoqi, Dubrava, Irzniqi, Ledinat, and Prokolluku. This work is necessary for the safety of the system and involves the installation of four consoles on four poles in Prekolluk as part of ongoing investment projects.
Additionally, another significant outage is scheduled in Prishtinë 1. The NS 110/35/10[kV] Prishtina 6 will be interrupted, affecting the 10[kV] J05 Faculty of Philosophy (code: 19100004). This service will be without power from 08:30 to 18:00.
The areas impacted are limited to the Faculty of Philosophy. The reason cited for this work is the energizing of new medium voltage 10(20)kV cables and the dismantling of the old network as part of LOT projects. Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to prepare for the scheduled power interruptions.
