The Directorate for Public Order and Administration (DPB) has launched a criminal investigation following an incident involving R.P. (38), a resident of Vasileva. According to a report originating from Kratova, the investigation centers on accusations of impeding an official’s duties and assaulting a police officer.
The situation unfolded when mobile enforcement officers issued a clear command for a vehicle, specifically an “Audi A6,” to stop. The driver, however, deliberately ignored the instruction and attempted to evade the officers. This disregard for the lawful request prompted further intervention.
Subsequently, R.P. was apprehended on the Kriva Pallankë – Kumanovë highway, close to the Stračin village. During the process of the stop, he engaged in a physical assault against a police officer, resulting in significant bodily harm.
