The protest was spearheaded by supporters of the Democratic Party, including party leader sali berisha and several right-wing parliamentary representatives.

The gathering commenced without formal speeches, instead beginning with the deliberate throwing of Molotov cocktails at government structures. Following a roughly forty-minute meeting at the “Blue Headquarters,” sali berisha joined the demonstrators as they marched towards the Prime Minister’s office. This escalation involved attacks on the Prime Minister’s office, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the Socialist Party headquarters.
