The first decree, number 138, issued on March 12th, 2026, formally named Jeta Kreka as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Albania to the State of Qatar. She will have permanent residency within Qatar. This appointment signifies a key diplomatic connection.

Subsequently, Decree number 139, also dated March 12th, 2026, selected Bardhyl Kollçaku to serve as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Albania to NATO.
