Chairman Selatin Kaçaniku of the “Consumer” Association emphasized the critical link between institutional obligations and consumer understanding. He asserted that the government’s commitment to protecting consumers directly impacts the level of information and awareness within the country. Kaçaniku strongly urged the government to fulfill its responsibilities towards citizens.
He specifically called for the appointment of a consumer protection minister, arguing that this would significantly bolster consumer safeguards.
