The Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) has made substantial progress in transforming its services for taxpayers, facilitating the completion of most procedures online. General Director Mentor Hyseni detailed this advancement during the “Përballje Podcast,” emphasizing the institution’s current offerings. ATK presently provides a wide array of electronic services specifically designed for both businesses and citizens.

He noted that approximately 3.7 million declarations are now processed through ATK, and all of these are conducted electronically.
Taxpayers can utilize these digital platforms to file their declarations and make payments without the need for a physical visit to the institution. This digitalization represents a key initiative for the ATK, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency within the tax system.
