Furthermore, the LDK and AAK, representing the two principal Albanian parties, each presented a single member nomination.
Parties representing minority communities also submitted one proposal each. Consequently, the president initiated a request to the Constitutional Court to provide clarification on this situation. The aim is to resolve the complexities surrounding the selection of these crucial members to the Central Election Commission, ensuring adherence to constitutional procedures.
