Fetoshi: “Harvest,” a part of Serbian propaganda for the manipulation of Kosovan history.

Arben Fetoshi, the Director of the OCTOPUS Institute, addressed the controversy surrounding the “Harvest” film through a Facebook post. He characterized the project as a key element within a complex Serbian propaganda campaign. Fetoshi described this initiative as “weaponisation of culture,” highlighting the deliberate use of cultural and artistic endeavors to distort historical accounts and sway global perspectives.

He stressed that Serbia, through partnerships with international collaborators and producers, seeks to validate historically contested stories. These narratives are being connected to significant events, including the Kosovo Liberation Army, the United States of America, NATO, and Albania. Fetoshi believes this strategic approach is intended to bolster the credibility of these disputed claims.

Specifically, fetoshi expressed serious concerns regarding the film’s depiction of organ trafficking. He argued that this portrayal constitutes a grave misuse of artistic expression and a fundamentally inaccurate representation of reality. The director views “harvest” as a part of a larger, calculated effort to shape international understanding.
