The prosecution asserts that Anakiev leveraged his position to mediate and utilize his influence to intervene with a judge at the Skopje Appeals Court. Through this act of bribery, he sought to manipulate the outcome of an official decision. The investigation, conducted by the office, has culminated in this formal charge.
