Iranian citizens are expressing their opinions regarding the conflict with the United States and Israel.

Iranian officials in Tehran were engaged in discussions regarding the persistent conflict with the United States and Israel. A key participant, Ali Akbar Hosseini, a bookstore owner, emphasized that a ceasefire would only be logical if it resulted in a total resolution of the dispute. He argued that if the Americans desired a cessation of hostilities, they must actively offer it, citing the deployment of equipment from across the globe.

Hosseini asserted that the primary objective of the United States was to alter Iran’s political system, a change he deemed fundamentally impossible. He continued, expressing his belief that their actions were driven by a desire to fundamentally transform their nation. Germany responded to a request from Trump, clarifying that the situation was not a NATO war.

A German representative stated that the outcome depended entirely on the will of the people. “If the people desire this conflict, there is no need for war; they could easily conduct a referendum and determine their preference.”

Another Tehran resident, who wished to remain anonymous, further contributed to the conversation surrounding the ongoing iranian conflict.
