Speaking to the press, Shala explained that the event originated from a disagreement between the primary suspect, 45-year-old Ilaz Brahimit. “Concerning this tragic incident, it is suspected that a dispute between them led to a dangerous escalation,” Shala stated. “A firearm was then discharged in the direction of two individuals, and sadly, their injuries proved fatal.
