The State Statistics Agency reported today that service revenue experienced a positive shift during the fourth quarter of 2025. Data indicates a rise of 0.3% in service sales compared to the equivalent quarter in the preceding year. Notably, the fourth quarter’s figures highlighted significant growth within specific sectors.
The Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector demonstrated the most substantial expansion, recording a 3.8% increase. Similarly, the Administrative and Supporting Services sector saw a growth rate of 3.4% during this period. Looking at annual figures, service revenue for the year 2025 increased by 0.6% compared to 2024.
The Administrative and Supporting Services sector exhibited the strongest annual growth, reaching 4.8%. Other contributing sectors included Accommodation and Food Services, which saw a 3.8% rise, and Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services at 2.5%. Activities of Enterprises also contributed to the overall growth of the service market.
These results underscore the continued expansion within the service industry.
