The research highlighted that noise is the most frequently cited cause, accounting for 45 percent of responses. Subsequent concerns included everyday matters such as the utilization of shared laundry areas, representing 18 percent of reported issues. Smoking accounted for 17 percent of the disputes, alongside issues relating to dirtiness or waste.

These factors contribute to the ongoing challenges faced by residents in resolving disagreements with their neighbors.
