He confirmed that Milan Radoiçi’s phone number was discovered on his own phone, asserting emphatically that he had no prior contact with the individual. During the questioning conducted by Judge Donikë Shala-Abdyli, Maksimoviq addressed the photographic evidence presented by the Prosecution. Judge Rrahman Beqiri then directly questioned the accused regarding his familiarity with Milan Radoiçi. Maksimoviq responded, clarifying that he did not recognize the individual.
