The Apple AirPods Max 2 are launching with the H2 chip and enhanced active noise cancellation.

Apple has discreetly released an upgrade for the AirPods Max headphones, incorporating the new H2 chip. This update significantly boosts the noise cancellation capabilities of these Cupertino-designed devices. The company states that the revised AirPods Max 2 provide active noise cancellation that is 1.5 times superior to the original model.

According to Telegrafi’s reporting, the updated H2 chip also introduces several new features. These include Adaptive Audio, which dynamically adjusts to the listening environment, and Live Translation, facilitating real-time language conversion. Furthermore, the headphones now feature conversation awareness, intelligently reducing media volume when spoken word is detected nearby.

The AirPods Max 2 also benefit from Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and a redesigned high dynamic range amplifier. Apple maintains that this amplifier will result in noticeably clearer audio quality. A new addition is the camera remote control functionality, utilizing the digital crown as a shutter button for photography.

Notably, the physical design of the AirPods remains untouched by this latest iteration. Apple continues to refine its popular airpods, max product line.
