During the Competitive Europe Summit, organized by POLITICO, she declared, “without… the states’ decision, we cannot proceed.” These options encompassed preserving the current circumstances, adapting the established system to guarantee candidate countries do not… The overall goal remains the continued enlargement of the European Union.
