The Law for Foreigners, Kurti: Education and healthcare for Serbs will also be incorporated within the legality of Kosovo.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti discussed the execution of the Law on Foreigners today, addressing concerns that it was establishing parallel Serbian organizations within Kosovo. Following the finishing of the Pristina – Kosovska Mitrovica road section, Kurti highlighted that this law would also integrate the remaining unlawful entities in education and healthcare into the Kosovan system. “We are merely enacting a law originating from thirteen years earlier.

And at last, this law is now being implemented. We intend to incorporate all organizations operating within the healthcare and education sectors.”

The Prime Minister reiterated that other illicit Serbian structures, including those involved in security, finance, and governance, have ceased to exist in Kosovo. He stressed that education and healthcare continue to function, and their integration is a crucial step.

It is essential to note that the law itself is a foundational element. Kurti’s administration is focused on bringing these remaining sectors fully under the Kosovan system. This action is vital for ensuring stability and compliance within the region.
