“This was a profoundly serious event, naturally causing considerable concern for everyone,” stated Lipjan municipality spokesperson Besarta Qadraku. She affirmed that the municipality would collaborate fully with all relevant authorities to fully understand the details surrounding the situation. The five-year-old is currently receiving intensive care at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK) following severe abuse by her parents.
