On March 19, 2026, authorities executed a raid in berove, carried out by officers from the DBK Berove, as directed by the Basic Court of Kocani. The operation targeted a support facility located in berove, belonging to D.P. (38), a resident of Shkupi.
During the search, a significant quantity of prohibited materials was discovered. Specifically, a “TOZ 63” shotgun, utilizing a 16 mm caliber, was seized along with 53 rounds of ammunition matching that caliber. Furthermore, the operation uncovered a collection of pyrotechnics, projectiles, and a complete ammunition rack.
These items were all subsequently taken into custody as evidence. Following a thorough investigation and detailed documentation of the incident, legal proceedings will commence. D.P.
will face charges under Article 396 of the Criminal Code. The discovery of the weaponry and related materials represents a serious breach of regulations. The investigation continues to gather further evidence.
