Zelensky is exchanging priority and technology from the Middle East in return for experience regarding drone crashes.

Ukraine is seeking sophisticated weaponry and technology following a recent mission involving the deployment of specialists to the middle. These teams were sent to the region to provide assistance in the removal of Iranian drones during the Israel-US conflict with Iran. President Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted that three distinct teams were dispatched for expert evaluations and to demonstrate the functionality of drone defenses.

The purpose of this initiative was to assess operational capabilities and showcase defensive strategies. Simultaneously, several Middle Eastern nations continue to be viewed as potential targets by Iran, largely due to the presence of American military bases within their borders. Zelensky emphasized that this action is purely observational and does not constitute involvement in any operational activities.

“This has nothing to do with involvement in operations. We are not at war with Iran,” Zelensky affirmed. He previously announced the deployment of Ukrainian military teams to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and a US military base in Jordan.

This strategic move followed the detection of a drone near Dubai’s main airport, leading to the suspension of flights. The situation underscores the ongoing geopolitical tensions and the need for enhanced security measures in the region.
