The findings were categorized with 927 instances documented for public disclosure and 832 instances related to the protection of personal data.
Commissioners Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku played a key role in distributing the report. She initially presented it to the commissioner responsible for its implementation and subsequently forwarded it to a commissioner representing the opposition party. The document’s purpose was to assess both the positive and negative aspects of the commission’s activities.
