Debate in the Commission on Security, Musliu deputy: So far nothing new, only the mouth is empty

The Agency for Information and Privatization within the Commission for Security and Protection recently completed a review of a comprehensive report. The report, presented in January 2025, analyzed 1,085 instances identified within the commission’s documentation. The findings were categorized with 927 instances documented for public disclosure and 832 instances related to the protection of personal data.

Commissioners Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku played a key role in distributing the report. She initially presented it to the commissioner responsible for its implementation and subsequently forwarded it to a commissioner representing the opposition party. The document’s purpose was to assess both the positive and negative aspects of the commission’s activities.

The detailed breakdown of the 1,085 identified instances—927 for public disclosure and 832 concerning personal data protection—forms the core of the report’s findings. The distribution of the report to relevant commissioners ensured a thorough examination of the commission’s operations by all parties involved.
