Kosovo RTK Board Selection Process Begins with Interviews
The Ad-hoc Commission is currently engaged in the selection process for vacant seats on the Board of Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK). The initiative seeks to appoint a diverse board reflecting Kosovo’s population. The process will initially involve interviews for six Albanian representatives, alongside one representative from the Serbian community and one from Kosovo’s minority communities.
Following these initial assessments, the twelve Albanian candidates with the highest scores will advance to a plenary voting session. This session will include two candidates representing the Serbian community and two representing Kosovo’s other minority communities. Several prominent Albanian candidates are anticipated to participate in the voting, including Valmire Thaqi, Flokart Aliu, Fatos Mustafa, and Arbrore Riz.
The final board composition is intended to accurately represent Kosovo’s demographic diversity. The selection process is ongoing, with details regarding the plenary voting session to be announced shortly.
