Robbery Reported in Jarinje Village

Jarinje, Leposavic – A robbery was reported on May 3, 2026, at a residence in the village of Jarinje. The incident was reported by I.N., the homeowner, following the forced entry into his house. According to initial reports, an unknown number of individuals gained access to the property.

Investigators suspect the perpetrators entered through the second floor balcony door, which appeared to have been forcibly opened. Once inside, the suspects targeted a room containing a handbag belonging to the homeowner’s wife. Approximately 6,500 to 7,000 euros, along with 55,000 dinars – reported to be family savings – were taken from the scene.

Police patrols and investigative teams responded to the scene and are currently conducting their investigation. The full extent of the investigation and potential suspects are currently under review. The homeowner, I.N., has been cooperative with law enforcement.
