The Parliament meets with American congressmen: There must be equal rights for packages in all the states of the Western Balkans

The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, recently met with a bipartisan delegation of American congressmen. The delegation included Keith Self, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe in the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Suhas Subramanyam, a member of the Subcommittee on Military and Foreign Affairs. According to the Prime Minister’s Media Office, the discussions centered on critical issues concerning regional defense, peace, and overall security within the Western Balkans.

During the meeting, the acting Prime Minister Kurti addressed the American congressmen regarding the region’s stability and Kosovo’s path toward greater integration. A key focus of the dialogue was the support provided by the American representatives for NATO membership. Prime Minister Kurti expressed gratitude to the congressmen for their backing, specifically citing the significance of House Resolutions 1246 and 1250 in this regard.
