Looking ahead, the Minister detailed the phased implementation of electronic documentation. Next year, electronic certificates are scheduled for the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades. The full integration of electronic certificates across all levels is anticipated to be completed by 2028, which will encompass the ninth grade.
Janevska confirmed that the introduction of electronic certificates begins this year for the first through third grades. The provision of parallel printed certificates during this initial year is a measure designed to ease the transition for educators. This rollout signifies a systemic shift toward digital record-keeping within the educational sector.
