Zhegrova is not coming, Dellova is leaving the gathering – Fazliji returns after a long period

Kosovo’s preparations for upcoming national matches have seen key player withdrawals from the national team camp. Defender Lumbardh Dellova was released from the gathering following medical examinations conducted by the national team staff. Doctors determined that Dellova is suffering from a recurring fracture in his shin bone.

Due to the medical assessment indicating that the recovery period will extend beyond the duration of the current camp, he has been officially withdrawn from participation. Dellova sustained this injury during last week’s match while playing for his club, CSKA Sofia, against Ludogorets. In addition to Dellova, winger Edon Zhegrova will also be absent from the squad.

The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) confirmed that Zhegrova’s absence is due to personal reasons. Regarding squad adjustments, the FFK announced that Betim Fazliji, who is a player for the national team, is scheduled to join the camp beginning May 28th. These changes affect the composition of the national team as it prepares for its fixtures.

The withdrawal of both Dellova and Zhegrova necessitates squad adjustments as the team moves forward with its preparations. The federation has provided updated timelines for the remaining players participating in the national camp.

  1. It’s disappointing to hear that both Zhegrova and Dellova are unavailable for the upcoming matches.
